Chief Executive Officer
Philippe leads Fintica AI with more than 30 years of experience in financial markets. He was previously an Executive Board Member at Clearstream Banking (Deutsche Börse). He is a recipient of the “Lifetime Achievement Award” from Global Custodian and the “Banker of the Year” recognition from The Asset.
Chief Operating Officer
Lionel is an international technology investment banker with 20 years of experience across Hong Kong, Singapore and France. He has led M&A, ECM, coverage and research mandates at BNP Paribas and Société Générale, and most recently served as COO and CEO of a venture capital and advisory firm.
Chief Scientist
Assaf is a Professor and holder of the Kravis chair at Columbia University, focused on data science and machine learning. He holds a PhD and an M.S. from Stanford University and is a recipient of IBM and Google research awards. He previously served as Vice Dean at Columbia Business School.
Chief Technology Officer
Akiva is a senior quantitative finance and machine-learning expert. He previously worked at JP Morgan, Lehman Brothers and Calyon in equity derivatives. He holds a PhD from Bar-Ilan University, an M.Sc. from Georgia Tech and an engineering degree from École Polytechnique.
Managing Director
Shirley is a seasoned banker with over 30 years at HSBC, holding senior Commercial and Global Banking roles including Managing Director and Head of Business Development for Global Trade and Receivables Finance in Hong Kong. She serves as ICC Hong Kong Secretary and holds an MBA from Bayes Business School.
Head of Strategy
Stella is a Hong Kong–based financial professional with a career spanning multi-asset trading, structured products and platform development at BNY Mellon and Standard Chartered. She holds an Industrial Engineering degree from KAIST.

Rene is a Senior Adviser and former President of the International Capital Market Association (ICMA). He was previously Director General of Finance at the European Investment Bank and Treasurer at the EBRD and IFC (World Bank Group).

Yanming is Chairman and CEO of Cornucopiae Asset Management. He was previously a Managing Director in UBS Wealth Management in Hong Kong and a senior banker at Citi and HSBC. He is a recipient of the 2018 BURJ CEO Award.

Elizabeth is a Singaporean banking executive who has held senior roles at State Street Singapore, Deutsche Bank, DBS Bank, BNP Paribas Securities Services and Morgan Grenfell. She was inducted into The Global Custodian Hall of Fame in 2013 and is a certified banker and investment analyst.

Eric is an investor and AI technopreneur with more than 30 years in IT. He was previously Principal Account Director for AWS Global & Strategic Business and Managing Director for Asia Pacific at ACL Services, with prior leadership roles at IBM, Yahoo, Tibco, Motorola Solutions, Progress Software and Software AG.
